Enter the @ and c locate the following:
tanova/dragonslayer/band/helm/blade/robe/drums/spike/sheath/ogre/shard/scales/talon
remembrance. (If dragonslayer loaded, have someone else get it) Remember that you have to do this INSIDE the zone. If there is a decent load, then you need to get the key from the Keeper of Faith.
2.) Getting into the actual zone:
From recall n till w, 4w, 2n search west (LPK room). Ice the Keeper of Faith for key. After icing this mob, tell people to come to veri and watch where. There are no hiddens in this part of veri, so if you see a hidden, it's someone trying to steal your run. You now need to get to the stairs. From Keeper, all east, north till closed east, c eth e, all north, e, c eth s, all south, all east, 2n. If there are hiddens here, PK them first before searching. If nobody is around, search, go west, and as fast as you can, close wall e, lock wall e. Now go west, south and your there.
You will need a sitter for this zone. You can not run a nodragonslayer/noshard veri without at least 7 people (including yourself) + sitter.
3.) Once you have all your people there, (make SURE setphase 6 is OFF for all of them, otherwise you will be banked) have everyone follow you at LPK, and have sitter sit. Solo and go 12 up, when you get there do this:

I have it aliased as slab for ease. Once that is done, get wall and go back all down to your form, unsolo, go 12 up, 2e, have someone in form mass refresh on the way down (cold rooms) and go 10 down. From here is cramped CPK, so formlock set, unform yourself, and tell everyone dirs: w, d, y, all west. If they go down from here, they will die.
5.) The Members:
Once you are formed back up, tell the form to target 2.member and do NOT room. If you room, you will have to trans or die. When you go down, c hands member (1.member is nonagro, 2.member and 3.member are) target 2.member and pound. When 2.member dies, retarget 2.member and pound. When that is dead, cross heal, resanc, and ice 1.member. Loads: cilu/robe/key to Salirian Commander.
6.) Salirian Commander:
You have a choice on how you ice the commander. You can either ice Eswal first, or lure/trap salirian. I prefer option #2. After trapping room, unlock door w, open door w, solo, go west, c acid blast and flee. Within a few seconds, the Salirian Commander should be traped. He is not easy, he is !dis, but he will plague. All of the last mobs are the same. While icing, if your casters get low on mana (about 100 or less) have them flee and tick up 300 mana, then come back. Try to ice commander in 1 pass, but if you have to flee the form, then do that. Loads: drums/sheath/spike/key to dragon.

7.) Lord Eswal:
Lord Eswal is perma sanc/plagueable just like commander. With Eswal, you have to make sure that your front line is all evil aligned and have protection from good up. If not, he hmaims and vrends through sanc. Besides that, ice him the same as commander. Have casters flee and tick up 300 mana when they get low, orb when needed, as he has perma sanc anyway. Loads: helm/blade/cape.
8. Charien and Ogre Commander:
After Eswal is dead, unlock door east, open door east, tell the form to go e, y, 2u, all east, u, and STOP There. East from here are Charien and the Ogre Commander. They are very hard, and you will most likely need to trans at least 2x. Here are your options:
A. IF you have dragonslayer, AND ogre commander loaded shard, you can solo ice Charien, then come back west before ogre stabs. Then take your form in to ice ogre.
B. IF you have dragonslayer and ogre commander DID NOT load shard, you will have to take the entire form in, give slayer to someone in the front row, and c acid blast. Charien will die in the first round, and you will still have a chance to 1x pass the ogre.
C. If you DO NOT have dragonslayer and ogre commander DID/DID NOT load shard, then you're in for a tough fight. This is what I would do: when you go east, c hands dragon (you do it, don't trust other people to.) then have someone in the form IMMEDIATELY engage dragon. Then have the form blind dragon and flee (dont trans.) Those that flee west are lucky, and those that flee east will have to phase sitter and walk back. When your form is back together and full, hit ogre commander. He is perma sanc/plagueable and hits hard. Don't let him have time to stab you. When Charien unblinds, reblind and repeat until ogre commander is dead. Ogre Commander loads: shard/torn robe/oriflamme/key to Tanova. IF Charien is a no load (i.e.: no scales/no talon) she is not worth killing, so you can skip that step. If she loaded stuff, ice her next. It will take a couple passes to do without dragonslayer. Charien loads: talon/scales.
9.) Queen Tanova:
Once your form has iced the Ogre Commander and Charien (if necessary) you will need to deal with Queen Tanova. She is VERY hard and procs away most of your HPs. She also reflects spells. First off, how to get to Tanova: recall, go 2s and c far w. If there is nobody visible, then lucky you. Go 3w, yes, 2w, unlock portal (sucks you in.) Then its 3w to LPK. HEAVY mvm rooms though. When you get to LPK, summon sitter and tell form to phase. Now its time to deal with Tanova. Bring your form 1 west, mass refresh up and get full. Then set a charge order. I usually go with the front line, left to right. You will need to keep Tanova down for this to be a success. She stabs, she casts, you name it, and she does it. When you are ready for her, go 1 west and c magic missile Tanova. Make sure they keep to the charge order. Also, make sure the rest of the form knows the following things: First you want to blind Tanova on every initial attack. Then, starting with the first round, and every three after that, you want to plague Tanova. Keep to that pattern, and your form might survive. Tanova is NOT easy. You should be able to ice in 4-5 passes if you have a good form. Tanova loads: will/inspiration/strength/love/gift/3chunks/remembrance/lots of gold. My final bit of advice is this: Tanova will ask you at the end to spare her life. The answer is NO. You will NOT get any EQ points if you do. Tanova is worth a TON of EQ points. It may be easier to spare her, but it costs the clan. Also, try not to get yourself banked.
